SparkData Analytics, LLC ("SDA," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website (sparkdatalab.ai), client portal, and services. Your engagement agreement may set additional requirements for your records. This update does not expand the permitted use of information collected under earlier privacy promises.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following types of information:

• Contact information you provide through our consultation intake forms, including your name, email address, phone number, and organization name.
• Client records and documents you provide for agreed work. Depending on the engagement, these may include personal, health, financial, employment, legal, or business information, along with your notes and estimates.
• Portal and security records needed to manage access and document delivery, such as account details, access permissions, upload receipts, and sign-in and security activity.
• Usage data collected automatically when you visit our website, such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
• Engagement records and communications, including inquiries, correspondence, agreements, invoices, and payment status.

Please share only information relevant to the work, and only records you are authorized to provide. Use your secure SparkData portal for requested documents and sensitive information. Do not send passwords, security codes, or full payment-card details with your case documents.

Optional website analytics

Google Analytics stays off unless you select Allow analytics. With your permission, it uses cookies to measure visits and interactions on our public website, including public page names, basic browser information, email-link clicks and successful form receipts. A form receipt does not mean an inquiry has been reviewed or accepted. We do not send inquiry text, contact details, authentication data or client portal content to Analytics. Page URLs sent to Analytics exclude query strings and fragments. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

With analytics enabled, we also remember referral and campaign information in your browser for up to 90 days and attach it to inquiries you choose to submit, so we can understand how people find us. We do not send raw campaign parameters to Analytics. Use Privacy choices at the bottom of any public page to change your preference. Choosing No thanks stops subsequent measurement and clears stored attribution and our Analytics cookies. Your preference is saved in this browser; it does not affect essential hosting, security or information you submit directly to us.

3. Client Confidentiality and AI-Assisted Work

We treat client information as confidential and use it to provide your agreed services. Access is limited to authorized people and service providers who need it to carry out, support, or protect that work.

• Research and analysis may be assisted by AI tools. We limit the information supplied to a tool to what the task requires and remove direct identifiers where they are not needed.
• Identifiable client information may be processed by an AI service only when you have specifically agreed to that use for your engagement, it is permitted by applicable law, and the provider’s terms, account settings, and safeguards are suitable for the information. We identify the relevant provider and handling terms before obtaining that permission. Processing may take place on the provider’s systems. Without that permission, identifiable client material must not be submitted to an AI service.
• Removing names alone does not make a record anonymous. Dates, medical or financial details, and combinations of facts can still identify someone.
• AI output supports research and analysis; it does not replace human review or a qualified professional’s judgment where that is needed.

We do not publish confidential client material or use it in public examples or marketing without separate permission. Your upload is not permission to use your records for unrelated work or to train general-purpose AI models.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To perform the agreed research, analysis, recommendations, implementation, and delivery for your engagement.
• To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you about our services.
• To manage accounts, billing, access, support, and records of the work.
• To protect our systems, investigate misuse, and meet legal obligations.
• To understand and improve the public website through the optional analytics described above. Client documents and their contents are not website analytics data.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here and applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record, the engagement, follow-up needs, security and recovery needs, and any legal or accounting requirements. Portal uploads are retained for review; completing an engagement or ending portal access does not automatically delete them.

You may request the return or deletion of your information. We review the request against your engagement terms and applicable requirements, including copies held in backups. We will explain any records that must be retained and any limits on deletion. Earlier retention and deletion commitments continue to apply to records collected under them; this update does not extend those periods.

6. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We share information with service providers as needed to provide and operate the agreed services, protect information and systems, or meet legal obligations. These services may include hosting, storage, account authentication, email, engagement administration, and AI-assisted analysis subject to the restrictions above. Any separately authorized disclosure follows the permission you give.

7. Data Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the information and service, including authenticated portal access, permissions for client records, private document storage, and records of selected security and document activity. Keep your sign-in email, devices, setup codes, and passkeys secure, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or ask how it is used, by contacting us below. We may need to verify your identity before providing records or changing access. Available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. 9. Changes to This Policy

We identify updates by the effective date above. A new policy does not by itself authorize a new use of previously collected information. If a proposed change would materially expand how we use or disclose that information, we will provide notice and obtain your specific agreement before applying the expanded use or disclosure to information collected under earlier commitments.
